PayPal's Honey lost over 3 million Chrome installs in two weeks after MegaLag's investigative video exposed alleged scams targeting influencers and brands. The browser extension dropped from 20 million to 17 million installs, with a pending lawsuit likely to cause further decline.

Shopify is being sued for $60M by Redline Steel, a US home decor brand, over alleged technical failures, including Meta Pixel errors, DNS issues, and unmet contractual obligations. These claims, if valid, could highlight deeper flaws in Shopify's infrastructure and customer support, impacting its millions of users.

Amazon is facing an antitrust lawsuit from Zulily, alleging it created an illegal monopoly through anticompetitive practices like "anti-discounting." A Washington judge allowed this claim to proceed while dismissing others, including conspiracy and deceptive practices.

Apple has agreed to pay $95 million to settle a lawsuit accusing it of using Siri to record users without consent. Filed in 2019, the lawsuit claimed Siri’s microphone recorded conversations without being activated and shared some recordings with advertisers. While Apple denies wrongdoing, eligible users may receive up to $20 per device if the settlement is approved.
