The new Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) dashboard helps you track key metrics like delivery times, monitor inventory alerts, and manage orders more efficiently, providing better operational visibility and control.

Customize your customer-facing display in POS version 9.28 and Customer View version 1.32 by uploading your logo and background image via the Display Editor in Admin. President Trump confirmed that U.S. tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico will take effect next week as scheduled, following a monthlong delay. The tariffs include 25% on Mexican and Canadian products and 10% on Canadian energy, as outlined in executive orders signed on February 1.

Shein's profits fell nearly 40% last year, reducing its valuation to $30 billion and adding pressure on its potential UK IPO.

Klaviyo has launched a B2C CRM platform designed to help brands manage high-volume data and deliver personalized customer experiences. With tools like a Customer Hub, AI-powered Marketing Analytics, and integrations with over 350 tools, the new platform focuses on seamless, scalable interactions. Backed by Shopify’s 45% ownership, it aims to attract more enterprise merchants.

Affirm and Shopify have deepened their partnership, making Affirm the exclusive provider of Shop Pay Installments in the U.S. and Canada, with UK expansion plans. Shopify merchants in Canada can now offer biweekly and monthly payment options. Affirm, already powering BNPL for retailers like Amazon and Walmart, plays a key role in the growing buy-now-pay-later market.

Google Ads will soon require businesses to implement mandatory brand guidelines. Ensure your business name and logo are documented by the end of the month to avoid automated changes to your ad campaigns.

Shopify hack of the week

🚨 Did you know Shopify might be secretly charging you an extra 0.35% per order?

This fee is for the Shopify Tax service, which helps generate tax reports—but they may have turned it on without your consent. While it can be useful for some, others might not need it. If you want to turn it off, here’s how:

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Taxes and duties.

2️⃣ Click on each country you sell to and select Switch service under the first tab.

Check your settings to make sure you're not paying for something you don’t need! 🙌

Humane is discontinuing its Ai Pin less than a year after launch, citing a shift in business priorities. The wearable AI gadget will stop connecting to Humane's servers on Feb. 28, rendering most functions unusable except basic offline features like battery level. Customers are advised to download any data before it is permanently deleted. Refunds are available for devices shipped on or after Nov. 15, with requests due by Feb. 27. Subscriptions will be automatically canceled, and buyers of unshipped devices will receive refunds. Humane recommends recycling the Ai Pin through an e-waste program after service ends.
