1. One visual editor for all POS customizations
Shopify has launched a unified editor to manage your smart grids, lock screens, receipts, and customer displays — all in one place. Preview and publish consistent POS experiences across multiple devices without jumping between settings.
2. Ship & carryout now supports Shopify Tax
Need to split orders between shipping and in-store pickup? The Ship & Carryout workflow just got an upgrade. It now works seamlessly with Shopify Tax in the US, UK, and EU — simplifying bundles, receipts, and compliance.
3. Customize customer login page text
You can now fully edit the sign-in and OTP (one-time passcode) page text to better reflect your brand voice. This subtle detail helps improve trust and create a more polished customer experience.
👉 Edit in: Online Store > Themes > Edit default theme content > Customer accounts
4. Better control over form-based marketing consent
No more accidental subscriptions. Shopify Forms now let you decide how marketing consent is handled. Set defaults, show opt-in checkboxes, or disable marketing completely — perfect for forms like job apps or warranty registrations.
5. Generate images directly in the file picker
Need a hero image or ad graphic fast? Shopify’s file picker now supports image generation — powered by the same tech behind Sidekick.
