  • You can build custom automations in Flow, and there are two new marketing automation templates available to help you take advantage of segment triggers.

    1. Welcome new VIPs. Email VIP customers to thank them and promote exclusive offers.

    2. Send birthday emails. Enable birthday email automation to offer customers special deals. If birthdays aren't collected, start using Shopify Forms for free.

  • 4 new staff permissions give merchants more granular control over actions staff members can take on Gift cards.

  • Bundles created by the Shopify Bundles app can now be published to and sold on Shopify POS.

  • The Biden administration is targeting Shein and Temu by closing a loophole that exempts their cheap goods from tariffs. Looks like the prices at Temu and Shein is going to rise.

Some shoppers hesitate to buy because they're unsure about return policies.

You may ask, what if some of your products aren't eligible for returns? 
✅ Personalize the returns policy message based on what's in the cart. This way, shoppers will only see it for eligible products and carts. It only takes a few minutes to set up—check out the video for instructions.

If you don’t offer a money-back guarantee, should you still communicate your return policy? 
✅ Even with a restocking fee, simply informing customers they can return products can ease their concerns and boost conversions. This is especially important for expensive brands. Unsure? Test it.

It's now out and already one of the most controversial shoes of 2024, even before dropping. When the New Balance 1906L first appeared earlier this year, it went viral and sparked mixed reactions.
