  • Klaviyo now integrates with Canva, simplifying email design for brands and arriving just in time for Q4 campaigns!

  • Amazon's AI chatbot Rufus avoids engaging with inquiries about "dupes," "knockoffs," or "copycats" of pricey items. To get around this, customers take a simple step: they just tweak their queries to find items similar to name-brand products without using those exact words.

  • New data from Numerator reveals that Millennials and Gen Xers are the top shoppers on Temu, Shein, and Amazon, countering the belief that Gen Z leads in e-commerce app usage. The study also highlights that 70% of Temu shoppers are repeat buyers, spending an average of $247 annually across six orders.

  • Amazon is hiring over 3,000 seasonal workers in Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Anaheim, with around 30,000 roles available throughout California. Seasonal employees will start at $18 per hour with benefits from day one and may transition to full-time positions.

  • Walmart is revamping its e-commerce strategy using generative AI, expanding online shopping channels and platforms. This includes a chatbot for customer service, selling on Roblox, and launching Walmart Realm, an immersive commerce experience. Optimization tip

If you haven't optimized for mobile, you're already missing out on four times the orders. With over 70% of eCommerce traffic coming from mobile devices, ensuring your Shopify store is optimized for mobile is more than just a good idea — it’s essential. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Use a responsive theme. It ensures your store automatically adjusts to different screen sizes, offering a seamless browsing experience on any device. Not using one? Time to upgrade.

  2. Slow sites lose sales! Improve mobile loading speed. Mobile users expect fast-loading pages. Compress your images, reduce redirects, and streamline your site’s design to make sure it loads in a flash.

  3. Make the mobile checkout process as easy as possible. Enable one-click payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay to reduce cart abandonment.

Tesla unveils Robovan, a 20-seat autonomous passenger/cargo van, at the "We, Robot" event. Alongside the Tesla Cybercab robotaxi, Tesla presented the unexpected Robovan. This futuristic bus has 20 seats, though no price or launch date has been announced. The event focused on the Tesla Cybercab, a two-seat autonomous taxi. Meanwhile, the Robovan, with its 20 seats, could complement local public transport.

During the presentation, there were few details about the vehicle's technical data, price, or launch. However, we know it features sliding glass doors, a light interior, and seating arranged like a coach. The wheels of the Robovan aren't visible, making it resemble a futuristic tram floating above the ground 🚊
