Troop themes has released 2 major updates in the last two months, bringing major improvements across their catalog of themes. The first update introduced four new sections to help communicate your brand story: "Shop the look", "Scrolling content", "Countdown" and "Image comparison". This release also brought in animation effects theme-wide adding more dynamism throughout.

Just in time for BFCM, they released their latest update, bringing the addition of the "Overlay group", a convenient location in your theme's settings to help you configure a brand new "Popup" section with support for newsletters, promotions, and GDPR cookie banners. The "Popup" section gives you precise control over who and when it's triggered and introduces a new way to prevent multiple popups interfering with each other. The "Overlay group" also includes a new "Age verification" section for stores looking to sell age-restricted products.
